- If Machu Picchu Reservations cancels the tour due to weather or political reasons, a cancellation may occur either before the start or during the tour. In such cases, the agency will refund 100% of the tour cost to the client.

- You may modify your tour date or switch to a similar tour (such as Palcoyo, Humantay Lake, Sacred Valley, or 7 Lagoons) at no additional cost until 7 PM the day before your tour begins.
